The term used: “It business and not to take it personally”, is a statement that needs to be revised.

Business is a personal matter as you are the business and you are proceeding within the business with passion, which come with feeling of loving what you want to do, so business do have some personally element within it.

Working with each other, there should be respectful behavior of conduct of approach within the work ethos.

Having a business in the early stage of growth is very remote and can be harsh on your soul and time.

Starting a business is not easy, it can and will alienate your friends, as they will see and think that you are travelling upward without them. This will cause a complexion feeling from them that you have left them behind, which is not the case.

The problem is that in the past you have been leisurely behind as it was not your time in whatever form and you and them had no problems within your friendship but as soon as you have step out in front it will became a problem. But what they do not understand is that you were all growing at different time and in different ambition and their growth may or had come to an end at a different stages and now it was your time to grown ahead.

Collaborate-for-success

Since they are your friends, you would have felt that there were and would be opportunities for them within their individual abilities to have a position within each other businesses but due to egotistical feeling they do not want be seen at a lower status than you. So the bottom line is that they will not support you fully to what you want them to do, so you have to be aware that you will lose a lots of friends and some friends will not even reinvested in monetary or time that you have invested into them. This is now called business term – not friendship.

Good versus badThere are good side of business and bad side of business as well.

You will have to be strong all the time and to control any stress and anger management that you may have.  You will have to handle it the best you can. Yes this may and can all affect you in a huge capacity and it would not matter if you are doing a great job or not!

What you will miss out for having a business:

  • Not much time for socially
  • Not enough time for entertaining with your children
  • No extra available monetary money to spend
  • No holidays

What is the end result?

  • Enjoying  creating your passion and working for yourself
  • Inspiring to help others into giving back to the next generation

Why NOT to Mimic incorrect writing!

Have you wondering why some people have problems with writing and reading!

Having these problems is not about laziness or not understanding the correct written English. it about what is going on in their head.cerebroymente

These kinds of people have so much creativity going on in their head that they are swiftly so much information along in their own mind to what they are thinking, reading and writing. The information jumps as they have thought that they have written or said that they have not notices that the other peoples have not reached further within their conversation. When this happens it create for them to sometime backtrack, which sometime results to them forgetting where and what they have said or written that they have skipped to the next chapter!

It not that they do not care about the other person not fully understanding or caring about what they are doing, it just that they are so exciting in what they are creating. Even when they have slowed down it the same information as to what the person sees in their mind is with the original thoughts.

Also the way the person writes is in their own individual languages of understanding and they may have checked it a hundred time but it how they feel and see that is why they have written that way and not because it should be predominantly correct in the English literature book! They have written to say it in their own particular style way to how their want it to get across.pen-handwriting-ftr

So please try to read between the line to what is coming across into what the person is saying instead of intimidating and mocking them in their way of writing! Nobody is perfect!

What is Education??

Everybody’s ideas of education is different, well as long as you are learning it is all great!

classroom_resources_400

Good or bad, television is a massive source of learning, especially if you speak other languages apart from English.  It’s the vision of images with sounds for you to pronounce the wording in whatever language! It like when you where a toddler, when you were watching your parents making sounds that you copied and then gradually understand what the true meaning were as time went on.

Back in the days, television was a source of immense information and not too damaging for children (thanks to Mary Whitehouse) but today it a different source of information of damage!

old-television-550x310

The main source of learning which was drummed into me by my father was to read a book! Books, these days is not a source of learning for the next generation, which is a shame.

Some of us may not having many elders around us to give us the true meaning of life but instead of just guessing and given wrong information, we need to encourages people in whatever level of knowledge to show their knowledge and help the next generation by getting them to invested in their chosen studies or careers as the TEACHERS of today cannot do it all on their own!

As they said education cost money so what is wrong in investing in your future! Nothing is free in life! If you do not have the expenditure then sharing and given support to each other will be a start in moving forward to your goal! So do not close the DOOR to whom who want to learn!

Sending the ELEVATOR back down.

elevatorbuttondown   LACE Logo

There is a saying in sending the elevator back down. This saying interprets, as I am somebody.. Let the world know your name…LACE slogan.

“I believe that if you have been successful in whatever you wanted to do in your life, then it’s your contribution to facilitate a fraction of your time into sending the elevator back down to the next generation within their skills set and let them be a somebody for the world to know their name.

elevator

I have tried on many occasions to tell people how much my experience has been shaped by those I have come across and that is what drives me now and motivates me today into helping the next generation. This is why we should continue to inspire those that follow behind us into helping the next generation into whatever their dream is.

Sending Elevator

The truth is…all of us can send the elevator back down because it doesn’t matter what floor you’re on – in life – there’s always someone just below – just waiting for the chance to be invited into whatever floor level. We should not discriminate as to whether they are not within your class groups or have a grammatical problem.

Groups

By you segregating that individual you will never know what the person will and can deliver within their undiscovered talent.” Wari LACE – Creative Director – Founder

What’s the point of this statement, you ask?

We at LACE would like to encourage everybody who is climbing, who have climbed the corporate ladder and the ones doing the hiring – to think of students and next generation into giving them opportunities into helping them with their skills set ambition.

 Success ladder

With the economy struggling like it has been, a newbie trying to make his or her way in the workforce might be like trying to get to the top of the shaad tower – a hidden door, a locked door and then lots of dizzy, spiralling stairs.

spiral-staircase

Please send the elevator down to pick up the next generation within their undisclosed talents knowledge so that they can start their own career and then one day they will be able to send the elevator back down to the next generation in waiting to achieve their dreams and for you to be proud of your involvement into assisting the next generation into accomplish their goal.
